Yes, I discussed this. FBI and Cellebrite Digital Forensic Expert did a joint analysis on this. The conclusion was that 227 is a "last tab open" timestamp, and the google searches were made after 6am. The award-winning digital expert will be testifying in trial and giving a power point presentation on this.
1. EMT said clothing was completely sheared off and tossed on the ambulance floor, transferred to hospital and tossed on that floor as well. We actually don’t know if the belt is, in fact, missing. Just that it’s not in evidence. If it is missing, I wouldn’t be surprised if it got lost in the life-saving procedures/transfer into hospital.
2. The phones were not “destroyed” they were “upgraded”. Stop letting the defense trick you. The apple data is still there when you upgrade, and the defense has the witnesses data. That’s how they know about the 9 second butt dial. Think about it.
3. The “other shoe” was found by the SERT team in the blizzard later the same day John died.
4. The only missing videos are from John’s Ring camera video. Karen had access to those.
5. Colin’s name was not omitted. He left before Karen and John arrived and was not involved. The people who left before Karen and John arrived were also not listed as people in the home during the time of the accident.
6. Allie never said Colin was in the house. She said Colin was not at the house when John was “there”. “There” meaning parked out front with Karen. If you listen to her entire testimony you would know that instead of taking something out of context to fit a conspiracy.
